Words hold weight. Whether whispered in private or spoken aloud for the world to hear, they carry the power to build up or break down, to heal or to hurt, to breathe life—or to crush hope.
As women, we often speak life into everyone around us—our families, our friends, our coworkers—but how often do we speak that same life into ourselves?
Your words matter.
What you say about yourself sets the tone for your mindset, your goals, and your confidence. “I’m not good enough,” “I’ll never make it,” or “I always mess things up” aren’t just harmless thoughts. They become the script you live by. But when you shift the narrative—when you say, “I am worthy,” “I am healing,” “I am walking in purpose”—you begin to reshape your reality.
Speak life. Speak love. Speak truth.
Let your words reflect the strength of your spirit. Lift another woman up with a compliment. Speak grace over your mistakes. Offer encouragement instead of criticism. Words are free—but their impact is priceless.
Here’s your challenge for today:
Speak something kind over yourself.
Write it. Say it. Believe it.
And then—go speak life into someone else. You never know who needs your words to help them rise.
Scripture Inspiration:
“Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.” – Proverbs 18:21
Let’s use our words to empower, uplift, and transform.
